Steve and Lisa are Bay Area natives who grew up in the South Bay. They met in High School and continued their relationship at San Jose State University, both earning BS Degrees in Business Management and Accounting.

After a decade in High Tech and building a custom home together in El Dorado County, they decided it was time for a career change. In 2003 they started Guerrero Properties and made the decision to help people gain financial independence with real estate.

Helping their children is essential to building strong communities so that their neighborhoods retain their safety and their value. Steve has served as a Board Member for the Boy Scouts of America, Alum Rock Counseling Center, President of the Santa Teresa High School Booster Club, and current board member for The First Tee of Silicon Valley.

Steve keeps his commitments and holds himself to the highest standards, because transactions come to an end, but good relationships and friendships last a lifetime.
