I've used Steve Cody to sell 2 homes and buy 1. He is a straight forward gentleman who has done a wonderful job every time. I would definitely recommend using him to sell or purchase a home. He always puts in 110% effort and answers any questions I've had right away.

Steve was awesome to work with for finding our home! The market has been a sellers market for the last few years. It took us about two years to find our current home with Steve. Throughout the whole housing hunting process, Steve was always very responsive and patient with us. In addition, he's extremely knowledgeable.We are so glad we stumped upon him. If we were to ever sell our current house and buy another one, Steve will be the agent for us! Thank you for all you've done for us, Steve!
