About Steven

Steve Coons is a third generation native to Mesa, Arizona. He earned his bachelor’s in construction management from Brigham Young in 2010, then went to Arizona State and earned his Masters in Real Estate Development (MRED).

Steve has worked in various fields in real estate since 2007. He has worked as a Property Manager, Construction Superintendent, and a Real Estate Consultant. He also invests in real estate, owning rental properties. Starting in 2015, Steve has been a licensed Realtor. He actively participates in Realtor committees that support the community and that encourage real estate agents to be better educated and professional.

Steve is happily married and a father of three children. Between their sports, music, and school events, there is never a dull moment! He enjoys most competitive sports and is a huge fan of ASU Football, the Phoenix Suns, Diamondbacks, & Cardinals.
