Steve Freeman provided exemplary customer service in the search for our home, the purchase of our home, and in service after the sale - even years after the sale. Most recently we had a water leak from a faulty refrigerator damage the floor of our kitchen. Steve put us in contact with a firm to mitigate the damage and with a contractor to repair the damage. We have been pleased with both. Steve makes time to answer questions and takes pride in helping his clients - again - even years after the closing date. My family and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Steve always made time for our needs (let me tell you we kept him busy) and he had his team in constant communication. Through every email and question we had they got answered quickly. Steve is the best and I would trust him with my life. I did trust him totally with the purchase of my home. I was on the west coast, so he did a virtual tour of the home for me. He was wonderful with walking me through the home and pointing out all aspects of the home. We put an offer in the same day (12/31) of the virtual tour and our offer was accepted. There were 2 other offers, but with Steve's advice we got the home. I would recommend him for all of your real estate needs. He is also there for you after the closing, for example reminding you to file for homestead exemption. I have purchased several homes and he is the only realtor that has ever done that. I highly recommend Steve.

I think everyone knows a realtor or 10 but I seriously doubt many people know one as dedicated as Steve Freeman. I bet I called him or text him 1000 times and not once did he not respond. We looked at many houses and he always adjusted his schedule around mine. But when it’s all said and done that’s what separates a good realtor from an average realtor and he will make your home purchase as easy as it can be. Purchasing a home is not an easy process and we all know this but choosing Steve as your agent will simplify the process and you will know quickly that he has your back and he has your best interest at heart from start to finish. My wife and I strongly recommend Realtor Steve Freeman. He helped us find our first home and we could not be more satisfied with the job Steve did. He dutifully and patiently showed us home after home as my wife and I worked to order our priorities in a property, especially around price and location. He fielded phone calls and e-mails from us at odd hours and did a great deal of hand holding. He continued to make himself available for service after the sale. When we had new home owner questions on topics such as maintenance and property taxes he continued to promptly and patiently assist us. I suppose I am a picky person when it comes to real estate agents. Before we worked with Steve I worked with three other agents. None really helped me find the home we wanted. It seemed we were continually be shown the houses the other agents wanted us to buy. Not so with Steve Freeman. It took a couple months to find the exact one we were looking for and several dozens of houses to look through, but he was always willing to meet with us to show us houses.
