I’ve been a multi-family broker for over 22 years. With a design/marketing/branding background and having been a missionary for my church for 2 years back in the day, commercial real estate was a pretty dang good fit and I have my wife to thank for getting me into the field.

I work both dispositions & acquisitions and I've done many of my deals off-market when clients request it. The Denton, TX market is one of my primary areas as I have lived here for over 23 years. I have bought and sold a lot of multi-family / student housing property in Denton over the last 20 years but I do cover all of north TX. I’ve done deals as far south as West Columbia down by Houston and as far north as Paris, TX at the border of Oklahoma/Texas border. As cool as it is to do a deal in the primary markets here in DFW, the secondary & tertiary markets are not to be overlooked.

Commercial real estate is all about relationships. I tend to work with the same buyers & sellers over the years. My very first seller quickly became my friend and is still one of my clients today. This is how I prefer it. It’s been incredibly satisfying to help them grow their portfolio especially for the new investors when I can be there at the beginning finding their first deal and helping them as they work their way up in deal size. I get just as excited selling a 200+ unit multi-family community as I do selling a small 6 unit apartment building.
