Steven Gelber

Mr. Gelber began his career in 1984 and has personally brokered eight hundred sales and leasing transactions more than four million square feet involving consideration more than $2,500,000,000.

Mr. Gelber attended UCLA where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree. He began his real estate career with Helmsley-Spear of California, Inc., part of one of the largest commercial real estate companies in the world, Helmsley-Spear Inc. While with Helmsley-Spear of California, Inc.,
Mr. Gelber and his affiliates were responsible for the sales, leasing, and management of an estimated seven billion dollars in real estate nationally, including over 100 million square feet of office space and industrial space, 25,000 hotel rooms, and over 60,000 residential units.

Mr. Gelber obtained skills in all facets of commercial real estate including insight into the analysis of lease and sales transactions, dynamics of negotiation and the uncompromising
commitment to service.
