About Steven

Steven represents both buyers and sellers throughout King County in the
Purchase and Sale of single and multi-family residences, condominiums, and townhomes. Steven sees his Real Estate practice as a very personal undertaking and apply the same attitudes and passions to his day-to-day business that he applies to his own life. Steven does not consider himself a salesperson but a consultant, an advocate, and a guide in the process of buying and selling Real Estate.

Steven is pleased to be able to work with a wide variety of clientele, from first-time home
buyers to seasoned real estate investors, in all price ranges. The beauty of
his job and why he enjoys it so much is that it is always a different
and interesting experience every time.

Steven was born and raised outside of Philadelphia and attended Penn State and UW, graduating with a BA in Psychology. With school behind him, Steven lived it up in San Francisco for five years, finally settling down in Seattle’s south end almost 20 years ago. For many years, Steven co-owned and operated a residential garden design and installation business – Froghouse Gardens – which is still in healthful existence. He has also designed and remodeled a few houses, managed businesses in the restaurant industry and worked in the mental health field. A career in Real Estate was something Steven had thought about for years, having been so close to it in his previous work. It is a unique profession that best suits Steven’s skills, experience, and personality. After a decade of success in the business he continues to learn and grow and strive to be one of the leading experts in the area.
