We couldn’t recommend Steve enough! Within a day of setting up an introduction call, he had already scheduled private showings at 6 of the 7 houses we were interested in. We began our search in early June 2022 when the housing market was still highly competitive and inventory was not on the market for more than a week. We knew we needed to move quickly and wouldn’t have the luxury of time when making a decision. Because Steve was so knowledgeable and responsive we were able to see 7-8 houses each week and make an educated decision by Saturday/Sunday when the offer deadlines needed to be submitted. With no experience in owning home, Steve took the time to walk us through every aspect of a house and we appreciated his knowledge of foundation types, electrical panels, plumbing, overall condition, and eye for detail.

Steve cares about helping you find the perfect house and we felt incredibly fortunate to have him as our realtor in purchasing our first home.

My husband and I were looking for our forever home in either Mass or Rhode Island. Our Mass Realtor Miriah Wilde who is amazing referred us to Steve in order to look at homes in Rhode Island and we are so happy she did. As we looked for several months, We happened to fall in love with one in Rhode Island and the seller accepted our offer. Steve was with us every step of the way. From running to city hall, to grabbing a shovel and helping us locate the septic. He made sure our best interests were taken cared for and every question answered. Hands down he is probably one of the nicest, humble and honest person to work with and he really makes sure that you are protected every step of the way. We highly recommend Steve if you are looking for your next home, you will not be disappointed!
