Steven Maender

Steven was raised from the vibrant soil of the Midwest and replanted in Orlando in his adolescence. Steven believes the values that were instilled in him at a young age and constant connections have allowed him the knowledge and confidence to speak and connect with others on a different, and more intimate, and honest level. Steven has honed these skills during his long tenure in the hospitality industry and has spent the last six plus years making his home in Winter Park, FL. Steven has taken many leadership roles in training and consulting during that time. Real Estate has always been a passion of his. Together with the CORE Group, Steven looks forward to a bright future and continuing to develop those relationships and starting and growing new ones.
