Steve has been a Kauai resident since 1976 and a member of the Kauai Board of Realtors (KBR) since 1985. He has also spent an extensive amount of time on the Big Island, having owned a cattle ranch in Laupahoehoe, homes in Puu Lani Ranch and Waikoloa, condominiums in Mauna Lani and Mauna Kea, as well as land in Onomea Bay Ranch and Kohala Ranch.

Due to the extensive inventory of beachfront and ocean view properties available on Maui, Steve has also been selling on Maui the last few years.
