Steven O'Connor

Steven M. O’Connor founded PrinGroup Commercial on January 1, 2016. During his thriving 9 year career with a local commercial real estate firm, Steven doubled the number of transactions and revenue for the firm. After founding PrinGroup Commercial, Steven has focused on Commercial Leasing, Sales, Investments, & Build-to-Suits all within the Industrial Sector. He has over 10 years of commercial real estate experience and has completed over 300+ transactions. Steven has consistently been a top producer within the Houston commercial brokerage community while focusing on the Northwest & Southeast markets of Houston. His knowledge and expertise within the market allow him to provide his clients with the information and guidance they need to help make their real estate acquisitions. Steven graduated from Texas State University with a bachelor’s degree in political science in 2007. During his time in San Marcos, he was an active member of the Collegiate Entrepreneurs’ Organization and also competed in collegiate golf. During his personal time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Jess & son Charlie and playing golf.
