If you need a realtor who knows the Nashville area, learns what you're looking for and is available, Steve Pate is your man!

I moved to Nashville late 2018 and have been looking for a place to buy since then. Steve Pate has been remarkable in suggesting places to look at, helping me understand pros and cons, and he has been amazing at being available to show me properties.

He's a good guy, and a great realtor.

I recently found my spot (finally!) And Steve and his team helped make the closing smoothe!

Steve is an excellent realtor. Throughout every step of our long and crazy journey, Steve showed himself to be looking out for our interests first above all else. He was always available and extremely responsive. Trust me, I am very demanding and very picky and Steve met or exceeded my expectations in every way. I will never call or recommend anyone else for a realtor in Nashville. When you're moving from another state, you cannot put enough value on having someone in the area that knows the area, has your back and proves himself to be your friend and ally.

Being an out-of-town buyer makes the home-buying process even more tricky. Two years ago, our daughter was that out-of-town buyer and Steve went above and beyond to make sure she got the right place for her and that the process went smoothly. When my husband and I wanted to buy (also from out-of-town), there was no question at all that we would work with Steve. This time, we got a two-for-one: Steve and his wife Jennifer, who are now a real estate team. As an out-of-towner, we needed not only Steve’s real estate expertise, but we needed his homegrown and lifelong knowledge of the different areas of Nashville. Steve listened to what we wanted, helped us negotiate down to the last penny, and provided additional on-the-ground support that we needed since we weren’t there. Steve kept on top of details and deadlines and was always very communicative. There is absolutely no question that we will work with Steve – and his wife and real estate partner Jennifer – should we need real estate services again. P.S. On our days of house-hunting, Jennifer came stocked with water bottles, snacks and fresh fruit to keep us fueled. Just another example of the “above and beyond” experience!

Steve was incredible in helping us with the purchase of our new condo! Within a day of contacting, he already had 6 viewings scheduled for us. He was always available for any questions we had and made sure each and every one of our needs were met. He and his wife were there through every step of the process and it was evident they were genuinely interested in doing the best for us that they possibly could! We could not have asked for a better person to be along side us throughout the process of purchasing our first condo!
