As anyone knows real estate can be very stressful but Steve was knowledgeable, patient and when he did not know the answer to any questions we had; within a day he got the answer needed for us to move forward. Buying from an estate was a new experience for us and because of the professionalism that Steve upheld it was a great experience. I highly recommend Steve for selling your home. I had used another agent for almost a year with zero offers. A friend recommended Steve, and he was very responsive to all my questions. This was a smaller condo, and probably not a large commission, but Steve worked hard to get the unit sold. Steve managed to sell my Condo in a very difficult market. It was not in his service area (Middletown) but he held many open houses to try to attract buyers. He worked with the buyer's agent to make sure all the negotiations and paper work were processed properly and timely. He also researched constantly the compatible properties in the area to make the selling price more compelling. He always kept me in the loop as to the activity of the listing. I would highly recommend Steve and would not hesitate to use his services again if the opportunity should arise.

My wife and I recently took an opportunity to move to a different part of the country and had to move almost immediately. Our property had great character and many positives, but the floor plan was very different and needed the right buyer.
