He was very good at zeroing in on our priorities thereby making sure we didn’t waste time looking at properties that didn’t meet our needs. I sincerely believe that our offer would not have been accepted if not for Steve’s knowledge and professionalism. He made sure our offer was as attractive as possible by finessing the intangibles. Steve was and continues to be very responsive to our requests and questions, always going far above and beyond our expectations. Steve is great to work with, in fact, we have bought two houses through him. He supported us in our move to Sacramento. He found the place that we happily raised our kids in - a great home in a great neighborhood and a solid school district. Also this year, he found a home in Orangevale that is perfect for our needs. We got a great price thanks in part to Steve's steady negotiation. He went the extra mile and shared trades contacts which is saving us trouble and money finding reliable tradespeople. I have worked with Steve multiple times. I have sold homes and bought a home through his service. I have to say he has to be best realtor in Sacramento. Based on my experience he knows how to buy and sell homes with his clients interests at heart. He was able to get over asking on my last sell and he knew the right people to help me get my property into shape to sell for the high dollar that he got. He set a new high comp in the area. There were 2 other homes similar to mine and he was able to get the highest dollar per square foot of the three homes that were listed. He is an amazing negotiator and he understands the market so well that he knows what will work and what won't. I would use him again if I decide to buy another home. If you get the chance to work with Kris, take it. She knows how to work with local folks to get you things that others can't to make your home sell for top dollar. Steve let us know that the market was beginning to soften and advised us on the need to get our home ready quickly. He has a ton of resources to draw from and was able to help us get work done fast and with quality. Because of his connections and vast experience, we were in the best position to make a great profit and provide a fantastic product for the buyers. We knew Steve had other clients, but he always made us feel like we were the only ones. His communication skills are superb, he kept us up to date every step of the way. Steve is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. We had one of our elderly cats get diagnosed with cancer during the sales process and Steve completely understood and got things set up for us so that we could spend the time we needed with our cat but be ready to continue moving forward after our grieving period. We're first-time homebuyers that entered the arguably craziest seller's market. After seven months of getting outbid and seeing home prices skyrocketing, we were on the verge of giving up, until we found Steve. I found Steve online since he was the only agent that was able to buy an amazing house in East Sac 10% UNDER its asking price when everyone else is paying 10% over asking. And sure enough, Steve found us our dream home the next day. His amazing research and negotiation skills made us stand out among competitors.
