We recently used Steve for the sale of our home and purchase of new home and we were extremely pleased with Steve's services. Finding a new home that met our requirements was not easy, but Steve was very accommodating and really listened to us and understood our needs. At times I felt guilty because we kept looking at homes and then rejecting them, but Steve assured me that it wasn't a problem and that's part of the process. Steve was also very accessible for questions and kept us informed throughout the process, for both the sale and purchase. I am thankful we had his expertise and advice to guide us. We were also very pleased with all the other service providers he recommended, such as Closing company, home inspector and repairs we needed.
I would highly recommend Steve's services for anyone in the market to buy and/or sale a property. We will definitely use him again!

Steve was very helpful as my agent. I’ve sold a few homes in the past and my mother was an agent herself. So, I learned a bit about the business. My house needed a lot of work, but had a lot of potential. Steve was very knowledgeable in what I was dealing with. He helped me get the contractors, inspectors and other professionals I needed to not only sell the house but get well over market price. He made the process feel like it wasn’t just me selling the house. We were in it together. In the end, it worked out for both of us. I would recommend Steve to any of my friends looking to sell their house.

From start to closing, Steve was the ultimate professional. Always knowledgeable, courteous, and quick to respond to any question, even if I had asked it 3 times before! He worked diligently to help me get my property in the best condition possible for sale. He always informed me immediately of any appointments or changes to a scheduled visit. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me through selling my house after 34 years. He knew the emotional aspect of selling, and always asked if I was ok to proceed. Steven Rodriguez was amazing to work with. He worked with my schedule. Any time I called him and said I found a house I wanted to look at, he called the sellers agent immediately and scheduled an appt. He was on top of his game and had a sense of urgency. The first house I looked at didn’t feel like home. Steven said to me, don’t settle. We will find you the perfect house, the one when you walk through feels like home. I want you to buy a house that feels like home and you will be happy in for many years down the road. At that point I knew he didn’t care about making money, he cared about making his client happy. He helped me buy my first home and I can’t thank him enough for making this a smooth process!
