With a degree in Finance from Fordham University, Steven blends financial acumen with practical real estate expertise—an approach sharpened by over two decades of industry experience. Having grown up in a family that owned and managed multifamily properties, he learned early on the value of hard work, ownership, and building generational wealth.
Fluent in both English and Albanian, Steven works with clients from all backgrounds, offering a straightforward, action-oriented, and results-driven approach.
