Steve grew up on Sanford Lake and moved to Auburn in the early ‘90s. He and his wife, Beth, have called Bay County home for 35 years, raising nine children—eight proud graduates of Bay City Western High School, with their youngest finishing up as a senior. After a successful career at Dow in Commercial Purchasing, Steve recently retired and transitioned full-time into real estate. With a background as a licensed builder and experience in investment properties, renovations, and rental management, he brings hands-on expertise to every transaction.
A dedicated community member, Steve has coached local little league baseball, fundraised for high school athletics, served six years as the Dow representative on the Bay County United Way board, and recently reached the milestone of donating over eight gallons of blood on his 71st donation. When he’s not helping clients, you’ll find him on the pickleball court, cycling Auburn’s rural roads, or spending time up north with family and friends.
Although Steve only recently became a full-time Realtor, he’s been engaged in real estate properties as a licensed builder, while he built personal and rental properties. From his involvement in purchasing, to investment and rental properties, to renovation and remodeling projects, he has had a knack for finding the right fit for the right moments in his life.
Steve graduated from Central Michigan University with his bachelor’s degree in biology and his master’s degree in business administration.
