My mission since 1989 has been to educate and guide my clients through a successful real estate transaction. Using honesty, knowledge, and extensive negotiating experience, along with tact and a sense of humor, I always strive to put my clients at ease with smiles on their faces.

Representing buyers and sellers in Delaware and southern Chester and Delaware Counties in PA, I always provide the expertise to maneuver the ever-changing real estate landscape to meet your needs and expectations. Since moving to Delaware in the mid-eighties and making my home with my wife and three children in the Brandywine Hundred area, I have developed extensive knowledge of the local real estate market. Understanding the stress of your move, a seamless transition is my goal for you. Proper preparation, planning ahead, and an understanding of the many steps involved will help minimize the surprise factor. I will always communicate with you and listen to your needs (and periodic frustrations) while helping you keep it all in balance.

Born the middle of three children in Long Island, New York, my formative years were spent in Wilkes-Barre, PA. After graduating from Penn State University, I moved to Delaware to manage retail properties. Driven by my desire to develop a more personal connection with clients, I pursued a career in residential real estate. Commitment to my marriage, children, and family values has created a foundation of loyalty, trust, integrity, and responsibility that is applied when assisting all of my clients. My success and longevity as a REALTOR® is due in large part to the many long-standing relationships and personal referrals from satisfied clients.
