About Steven

Steven has been in the Real Estate industry full time since 1983. Received his California Real Estate Brokers license in 1989. Steven started Citadel Properties & Management in 1991 later incorporated in 1998 as Citadel Ventures, Inc. dba Citadel Estate Properties and Citadel Properties & Management. Steven formed Mortgage Loan Services, Inc. in 1998 with his business partner Eric Bordo. Steven and Eric were very frustrated with the bad experiences their clients were having obtaining Real Estate Financing and decided to offer to their clients Real Estate financing as a value added service.
