Steve Werner, broker/owner of Werner Properties in Stockton loves what he does, and it shows. A fourth generation Stocktonian, Werner is committed to the people of Stockton and to the city in which he was raised. Werner began his real estate career more than 20 years ago. An alum of University of the Pacific, he was looking for a way to put his bachelor’s degree in business to use serving the people of his hometown when he chose real estate. He is an active participant in many activities conducive to the betterment of the area, including UOP Alumni fundraising board, the Haggin Museum, and the San Joaquin Valley Rental Association. In addition to all that he does for Stockton, he has been a member of the Central Valley Association of Realtors Master’s Club for several years, he is a Member of the Brookside Country Club and Member of the Central Methodist Church.
