About Steven

I've been in and around real estate business from a small child growing up in the family business. I received my real estate license back in the late 1980's and worked in the property management depart plus heading the commercial sales portion of the family business. I earned my Certified Commercial Investment Member, CCIM in 2003, passed my brokers test in 2011. I worked in the family business until 2015 when I bought out that portion of his business and then opened Wright Property Services LLC prior to his retirement. Since then WPS has grown to managing just over 325 doors in the Laredo market, and now expanding operations in the San Antonio market as we continue to grow and compete against many of the industry leaders in Property Management. We are constantly looking at industry trends to see how we can best bring additional value to our valued landlord and tenants.
On the sales side of the business we have been very busy as well. Constantly training new agents to make sure we put the customers best interest ahead of our own. With that philosophy we have been able to grow that portion selling millions of dollars in real estate each year.
