If you want someone who will work hard for you, listen to you, advise you, and help you find the perfect home, you need Stevi Dixon. I highly recommend and cannot say enough great things about her.

Update: Stevi also helped me sell my home, and it sold in one day! She truly knows the market and what she’s doing.

My wife and I were first-time homebuyers and had only lived in the Huntsville area for about 2 years. We were nervous about the process and our lack of knowledge, especially given the crazy seller's market that COVID brought on.

Stevi was the perfect agent for us. She initially sat down with us, helped fill us in on what we didn't know, and explained the different steps of the process. We told her in general what we were looking for and she helped provide us with a constant stream of showings that were both what we had in mind and that were always under our budget. If we ever saw a listing on Zillow or ValleyMLS first and wanted to see it ASAP, she was quick to accommodate us into her schedule, as houses don't last long in the current market. Even if she personally couldn't show us a house that day, another agent from The Collective would work with us for that showing. She was super responsive, giving us her personal cell phone number and always being quick to give an answer when we texted her, even though we reached out to her a lot!

In the end, she helped find the perfect home for us and what we were looking for, within our budget. Her negotiation skills helped us to make competitive offers, when we wouldn't have known how to in this market without her. Even when we felt worn down by the process and having multiple offers on other homes get declined, she assured us she would work with us however long it took and was always optimistic and encouraging that it would work out for us. She was also incredibly helpful through the closing process, providing lots of recommendations for local lenders, inspectors, and closing attorneys who she had worked with in the past and had good experience with. Even though we were so happy to finally be buying our home, it truly was bittersweet to say goodbye to Stevi. As long as she continues to work in the Huntsville area, we won't be using anyone else when we look to expand into a new home, and you shouldn't settle for just anyone else either.

I have to say, I was so impressed with Stevi's work ethics , communication skills, and business strategy. Stevi was on top of every detail with the buying process from builder. She kept us up to date and followed through on everything. She was delightful to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone considering selling or buying their next home.

My experience with Ms. Stevi Dixon was nothing short of amazing. I worked with her during my first time home buying journey. She is very knowledgeable, extremely patient and most importantly, her communication skills are great. I was always in the loop with the status of my home being built via phone calls and text messages throughout the day. There was never a moment I felt overwhelmed during the process. Each time I received a document, she went over it with me and ensured I was always on the same page as everyone else. I don’t think I could have been connected with a better realtor. Purchasing your first home should be exciting and enjoyable, that is exactly how I felt until closing day.

Excellence means greatness which is what you will find when you go with Stevi Dixon of Capstone. Achieving excellence is never easy to do but she did it on a routine basis. Excellence is a quality that people really appreciate, because it's so hard to find. She is truly a diamond in the rough. Our situation created multiple issues due to us being in another state trying to sell our house and find one in Huntsville. Stevi spent countless hours way into the night working with us when she didn't have to. She took the time to get to know us as new friends and not just as a new client. She even went the extra mile to take care of our fur babies during closing. We value honesty and integrity above anything else and she embodies each of those qualities.
