Stew Gross

Stewart F. Gross comes to Prudential-Utah Commercial with over 40 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in retailer representation, owner representation and development/investment services. He is a licensed real estate broker in Utah and Florida.

Stewart has completed multi-store expansion programs for retailers such as IKEA, Best Buy, Safeway Stores, The Men’s Warehouse, Starbucks, Home Depot, Wolfgang Pucks, McDonalds, 7-11 and Walmart and various other national retailers. He has completed numerous investment transactions shopping centers, single tenant net lease properties to office and medical buildings.

Stewart has been a member and actively involved with the ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) since 1980, serving in many capacities including Government Affairs Director, President of the Florida PAC, National Director of State Issues as well as panelist and speaker at many state and national programs. Stewart received ICSC’s inaugural SCLS designation (Senior Commercial Leasing Specialist).

Stewart is currently an active member of Park City Rotary. He also is a member of the Board of Directors for Recycle Utah, member of Park City’s Board of Adjustment and a volunteer DJ and guest co-host on Park City’s local radio KPCW.
