As out of country buyers we had to rely completely on email and phone contact which worked out perfectly with Stewart.
Due to the actual travel bans also after closing we got terrific support from him to get all the craftsmen into the house to get the work done which he also overlooked for us.
We cannot thank Stewart enough, without him the deal would never have gone so smooth!

Stewart DeVore is the BEST real estate agent we have ever worked with. He found our dream house on the water and worked hard to make sure we were the ones to get it even though it was a strong seller’s market. The house had other offers, including one that was all cash, but Stewart knew exactly what to do to make sure we were the ones who got it even though we needed a loan. He is extremely responsible and pleasant to work with, answering our texts, emails and calls immediately and did ALL of the work - and more - since we lived out of the state of Florida at the time of our purchase. Stewart got the job done well and made us feel like we were his only clients and top priority. All our future real estate transactions will be with Stewart DeVore. He is absolutely THE BEST.

Stew represented the seller and as the buyer I represented myself and my wife. Stew was both creative and resourceful to get the deal closed so both the seller and I as the buyer were pleased. And Stew’s contribution to me and my wife as the buyers at closing. When we asked, Stew was able to provide us with recommendations for a carpenter, electrician, and a tile installer — all of whom were tremendously valuable finds for us.

Bottom line, Stew is absolutely the best real estate agent I’ve ever encountered — and he wasn’t even our agent — and as a real estate investor I’ve done over twenty transactions. Recommend Stew very highly and without any reservations. He’s the best !!

Stewart represented my wife and I for our home purchase in IRB, FL. Because we live in a different state, we needed Stewart to be present for all inspections and meetings with general contractors regarding work we are having done to the home. Stewart was an excellent resource for service provider relationships and recommendations in the community. We have had several other people comment that we payed up to 50k less than they would have given for our home. I am confident that Stewart saved us a ton of money, stress, and headache. If I or anyone else I know is buying/ selling a home in Pinellas county, I will insist that Stewart be their Realtor.

Stewart was excellent in our successful hunt for a beach property. He organized the showings according to our expressed needs and revised the property types based on our reactions. After we zeroed in on a property he negotiated our terms and helped with inspections and even delivery of furniture before we could be there. I gained a property and a fridnd in the process.

This guy is great! Of all the house I have sold, no of them worked harder to sell my house. Stew had more open houses for this last sale, than all my previous houses together. He helped stage the house to market it better to the right audience, and was even willing to help with us moving furniture! Super easy to work with and easy to communicate with.
