Stu Greene is the Broker, Owner, and Manager of Chugach Properties. With 25+ years of business experience, Stu has the ideal background for running a successful real estate Brokerage. His hard work, honesty, and passion for the business are his driving fundamentals.

Originally born in Germany, Stu moved to Virginia and earned his Bachelors degree in Environmental Science from the University of Virginia. Following graduation, Stu was commissioned an officer in the United States Marine Corps where he served as a helicopter pilot for 9 years. After leaving the service, Stu moved to Alaska, a lifelong dream, and worked in several industries throughout the State including Aviation, Oil & Gas, Safety Management, and Logistics. Stu loves being a small-business owner and applying his diverse business background to the Real Estate field. His focus on technology, customer service, and education ensures all of his clients receive a top rate experience.

Stu has lived in Alaska for over 16 years and moved to Girdwood with his wife and children in 2015. Stu enjoys skiing, mountain biking, paragliding, and general aviation. He also supports several great non-profit organizations and understands the importance of giving back to the community.
