Working with Stuart was a phenomenal experience. He both assisted my family in the sale of our previous home in the DC area and our relocation to be closer to the Shenandoah River. He helped us sell our house in less than 20 days and we settled and closed on our new property in about a month total from the time we engaged him. He was able to sell our house over asking price and negotiate a fantastic purchase price of the new property. I was blown away at the service he provided and have recommended him to everyone who I hear is looking to purchase or sell real estate in the western Northern Virginia and West Virginia areas. We had several offers on our previous property and a very quick and smooth process. He showed us no fewer than five houses and frankly all five houses were fantastic options. He really understands his clients and listens to what they are looking for. Could not be happier with the service and how well he listened to what my family needed.
