Sue Chong

Sue Chong, CCIM, serves as an investment advisor for Sperry Van Ness in Fairfax, Virginia. Chong specializes in the sale and leasing of retail and office property within the Korean community in Annandale, Fairfax and in the Northern Virginia area. With more than 20 years of experience, Chong has closed in excess of $100 million in transactions. She is a market expert and continues to perform extensive research on industry conditions, ensuring her clients receive fair market values on their investments.

Prior to joining eXp Realty Commercial, Chong served as owner and principal broker for Countrywide Real Estate & Investment, Inc. in Annandale, Virginia for six years, focusing on residential sales. In 2006, she earned the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation to better serve her client’s needs. Before entering the real estate sales industry, Chong served as a mortgage advisor for more than 10 years.

Chong is licensed in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C., and is a member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR), a co-chair of Commercial Forum in NVAR, a member of the Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Marketing Association, and a member of the Virginia Chapter of the CCIM Institute. She is also an executive officer of the Washington Korean Realty Association. Chong earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia and is fluent in Korean in addition to her written knowledge of Spanish.
