Sue Huffer

Sue provides the information necessary to help clients make their best choices. She provides top-level attention to detail, assistance in visualizing the potential, quick and creative thinking, superior negotiating skills, with a can-do attitude and a good sense of humor, promising absolute loyalty and confidentiality.

Raised by a Naval Civil Engineer and an artist, Sue is as interested in proper drainage and good construction as she is in design and architectural details. With degrees in mathematics and fine art, she is very comfortable approaching home buying and selling from many different angles, depending on her clients' priorities.

Sue has years of experience investing in and managing Broad Ripple rentals and enjoys working with experienced investors and the investor curious. An Indy native for decades, Sue has a wealth of knowledge about the schools, neighborhoods, and amenities of the area.

When not working with clients, she enjoys her Broad Ripple home on the White River with her husband and two pups, day trips into small Indiana towns, and annoying her adult children with her love of genealogy and history.
