Sue has lived in NH (specifically the Lakes Region) all her life. She went to college at Rivier College in Nashua NH where she majored in Social Work and Marketing. After college she worked for her family at Salta Tire Company, where she built many lifetime friendships. In 1996 she married her best friend Chip Ippolito (yes, he owns Ippolito's Furniture). It was truly a match made in heaven which she will explain in a little bit. 2010 brought change and it was time for a career move and she became a realtor.
Sue have enjoyed a great life, four children, six grandchildren and a supportive husband. In 2017 her world was turned upside down when her husband needed a kidney. She poured her heart out to social media and every outlet that would listen to find him a kidney. Turned out that match made in heaven she said she would explain...well she was his match and became his living donor. A decision that changed her life, no regrets just love. Her husband is very healthy and enjoys NHRA drag racing in his spare time. She will also be seen helping him at the track.
Sue is obsessed with English Bulldogs. She currently has two, Bubba and Spanky, they are her fur-babies and mean the world to her. You will see them in her newspaper and social media ads. So, you might ask what does this have to do with real estate? Being from NH she has lived and experienced all it has to offer. Enjoying the Mountains, Lakes, Ocean. From snow skiing (if that is what you called how she got down the mountain), to hiking, fishing, boating, waterskiing. Ocean walks, whale watches, sunset cruises, and of course the Mount Washington. She knows firsthand about the school systems, libraries, educational exhibits and of course eateries, golf courses tennis courts and shopping. Okay, so with all this experience Sue could have been a tour guide, but in the next life. This life she chose to be a realtor because she is compassionate. Part of it came from her social work education, but it so much more. She listens to clients and selling your home or buying your home is personal. She wants you to know about her, because her life has had many difficulties and she doesn't stand on a pedestal. She truly promises that her clients mean something and add so much to her life. Sue works to make your transition, whether it’s a happy one or a sad one as easy a transition as possible.
So now you know Sue and if you feel she has what it takes to work for you and with you, please call her. She looks forward to hearing from you.
