Sue Kohl

Born and raised on the Westside, Sue has a deep understanding and appreciation for the areas she serves: Pacific Palisades, Brentwood, Santa Monica, West LA, Venice and Malibu. After earning her B.A. and M.S. at Northwestern University, Sue returned to the Los Angeles area and raised five children here, gaining an even better insight into local communities, entertainment, services and schools. Since 1989, Sue has been effectively representing both sellers and buyers in purchase transactions of single family homes and condominiums. She enjoys great interaction and relationships with both clients and other real estate professionals.
Sue's professional goal is to work hard for each and every client, making the transaction as smooth as possible, and attaining the highest price and best terms for sellers and the best deal possible for buyers. In addition, Sue works as the Assistant Manager at the Palisades Berkshire Hathaway Home Services office, helping to guide other associates through their transactions. Currently, Sue is an Area Representative on the Pacific Palisades Community Council. Past and present community work includes support of the Westside Guild of Childrens Hospital, College Bound Today, Union Rescue Mission and the Berkshire Hathaway Charitable Foundation.
