Sue Odena has been a Licensed Real Estate broker in Florida since 1985 and a CCIM Designee since 2000. Ms. Odena’s certifications include CPLS & CSA. Ms Odena specializes in assisting individual investors in the acquisition/disposition of multi-tenant and multi-family properties, owner user properties and land. She also specializes in special use and religious properties.
Sue is affiliated with CFCAR (Board Member and Chair Professional Development Committee), Central Florida District CCIM ( Board Member Liaison CFCAR), NAR, FAR, CCIM, CREW (CREW Career Day Committee Member), the Christian Chamber & HFBC. She is also an instructor of the Fundamentals of Commercial Real Estate for CFCAR.
Past Honors include President Central Florida District CCIM, Charter Board Member CFCRES, CCIM of the Year Florida Chapter CCIM, Education Chair and Professional Development Chair Florida Chapter CCIM, Leadership Orlando “97, Moderator International Marketing Century 21, Committee Member and Instructor ORRA, She has also enjoyed affiliations and continuing relationships with ICSC, FBBA, BBF, ITC.
Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Ms Odena attended Schoolcraft College, Livonia as well as General Motors Training Facility, Madison Heights. Ms Odena previously enjoyed a career in automotive sales and leasing at Oldsmobile and Chevrolet Dealerships in the Greater Detroit area.
