Suede did a tremendous job for us on getting our home in Parma. He went beyond and above the call of duty and then some. Always on top of things and making sure we are well informed. Believe you and me that when I first saw this house in Parma from the MLS that same night I made a call to Suede and didn't realize it was almost midnight and didn't think he was going to answer my call...and he did. I told Suede I wanted to make an offer that same night and sure enough he called the seller's agent and made arrangement the next day for us to see the house on a short notice and by-passed the 24 that was already scheduled to see the house ahead of us. We made our final offer after we saw the house and the rest was history. Now we know what's his name stands for "PER-SUEDE-SIVE... :-)
