Suheil Sahouria

Suheil Sahouria is a Senior Advisor for The Trafton Group. Active in both the sale and leasing of commercial real estate since 2004, Suheil works directly with 1,031 exchange investors to identify, negotiate, and successfully complete real estate transactions. His expertise in working with private equity investors and exchange buyers to develop investment criteria and successfully closing single tenant properties and shopping centers has been invaluable to the growth of The Trafton Group.

In addition to property sales and leasing, Suheil is involved with property management. The stable of properties currently managed are three retail and office buildings in California, consisting of a total of seventeen tenants occupying more than 30,000 square feet leasable space.
