Suki was very helpful in my first home purchase. She was very knowledgeable about the area that I was looking for and helped me every step of the way when I had comments, questions and concerns. Another plus was her honesty when she saw something was off about the property. She never forced us to buy a property and always gave her honest feedback on the properties shown.

I don't even know where to start! Suki is an absolutely amazing realtor. She knows the market, has connections, and gets the job done. She was extremely responsive which is incredibly important in such a hot market! She's warm, easy to talk to, and takes the time to discuss any questions or concerns. We can't recommend her enough, she truly is incredible. She found and got us the perfect house for our growing family. I would recommend her to all friends and coworkers who are interested in the neighborhood. If we ever decide to sell and buy a house in the future she is our one and only call.

Suki worked tirelessly with me and my girlfriend to find our dream home in a very competitive market. From the beginning of our search until closing (which spanned 6 months), Suki made sure we were able to see every home that sparked out interest. Many weekends were packed with 5 or more viewings. And we always trusted Suki's professional judgment when it came time to make an offer. In this hot Bay Area market, who can help their client find a dream home in two weeks, under budget and not entering a bidding war? Suki did! Yes, you heard me right. Thanks to Suki, we managed to find a perfect home under asking in two weeks! We couldn’t be happier with the result!

We had good experience with her from the get-go. She is responsive, knowledgeable and patient. She takes pride in her work and it shows. Before we started house hunting, she helped us understand the process and picked areas that would meet our needs. When we found the home we liked, she put a very effective strategy together to help us get the home without entering a bidding war. During the closing stage, she also helped us negotiate with the seller on additional credits. We couldn’t be more impressed with her professionalism and devotion. Suki is amazing to work with. My fiance and I were ready to start the next chapter in our life, and we found Suki randomly through Zillow. We decided to take a chance on her based on her outstanding reviews, and we are so happy that we did. Suki is professional, hardworking and driven. She found us many listings, and often got us in the first showing or before the listing was available to the public. She has expertise in her field. As first time home buyers, we did not have much knowledge on what to look for, and Suki provided many tips on what to look for in a home, what to expect in the home buying process, and which lenders to choose from. Suki is also reliable and has great communication skills. Suki responds to all our questions quickly and is available through text, email, or phone. She often works late (until 11:00PM) to get us the best listings and to answer all our questions quickly. We worked with Suki for about 4 months, before finding a home we liked. Suki negotiated with the seller the same day we saw the home, and the seller took our first, and only offer. Suki's discipline and negotiation skills are what got us our home. Overall, it was a positive experience working with Suki and we enjoyed her professionalism, her positive energy, and her great personality.

Suki was amazing! My fiancé and I started working with her several months before we were in a position to buy, and she made herself available to us at all times of day, diligently answering any questions we had about the process and guiding us along the way. Suki was very patient with our particular concerns with different houses and our desire to be within walking distance of parks, playground, and certain amenities. She never pressured us and worked well with our young children who often accompanied us on house visits. Our children called her "Teacher Suki" for her ability to inform us about characteristics of homes and neighborhoods. She lead us through many homes and helped us find the right one.
