Summer Patton

Summer Patton is a graduate of Texas A&M, David's wife, and a licensed Realtor® for over a decade. Summer began her career in real estate in the residential title industry as a Marketing Representative, then had a successful career as a Corporate Market Director for the American Heart Association where she coordinated over a million dollars in fundraising annually. Since joining the family business, she has helped develop the team into a near 25-million-dollar producer. She is also a Certified Home Marketing Specialist (provides staging advice for listings) and is a Certified Luxury Specialist.

Summer has 25 years of experience as an equestrian and a B.S. with an Equine Emphasis giving her an unique understanding of what buyers of horse properties need. She and her horse, Willie, have previously competed at the American Evening Championships and is still involved in the horse community networking for her equestrian clients. Summer specializes in horse properties, luxury properties, is very experienced in assisting buyers and sellers of all home types, is certified and experienced with corporate relocation customers, and stages many of her listings.
