With ease she helps advise her clients of effective measures on how to enhance their living space by modifying or adding key design elements to establish additional equity and increase the ROI. In preparing a Sellers’ home with the right upgrades and/or options like hardwood, appliance packages, slab surfaces, lighting fixtures, paint or even landscaping or helping a Buyer understand the full scope of a remodeling project; Summer’s applied expertise and access to contractors, architects, interior designers, landscape specialist and more are all part of what sets her apart from others.
