Suni Devitt

Suni Devitt is a managing broker for Cordes & Company Realty Associates. She has devoted her 30+ year real estate career to increasing the value of commercial properties for their owners. Suni is proficient in commercial property sales, work outs, valuation, negotiation, budgeting, and re-forecasting and resolving difficult situations. She has worked on some $500 million worth of investment sales, distressed assets and property management assignments.

Suni is also a director and senior project manager with the affiliated company, Cordes & Company, managing commercial real estate receiverships. She is a Certified Retail Property Executive and a Certified Marketing Director through the International Council of Shopping Centers and has served on the board of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR).

Prior to joining Cordes & Company, Suni was a partner with Sperry Van Ness Commercial Real Estate and worked for many years in on-site shopping center property management for owners such as Equity Property Development, Urban Retail Properties and Simon Property Group.?
