There is more than one step in the real estate buying or selling process, and you need an experienced professional to guide you through it. I am that experienced real estate professional. Have I adequately estimated the option period and presented my buyers with a list of inspectors from which to choose? And, once the contract is accepted, the last leg of the journey begins! For sellers, it starts with my introduction into real estate and reassurance that the sale of their home and/or acreage with staging, marketing, showings, inspections and appraisal appointments, and ending with the negotiation and closing of your property is at the top of my list!
