Susan Adams is a Denver real estate advisor with a proven track record of excellence. Since re-entering the real estate business in 2016, she has demonstrated remarkable prowess, earning the title of Rookie of the Year in her first year. Beyond her professional achievements, Susan is a graduate with a B.S. in Environmental Sciences from Metropolitan State University. Susan is deeply passionate about environmental conservation, evident in her stewardship of an urban farm featuring an impressive flock of chickens. Outside of work, Susan finds balance in the great outdoors, enjoying pursuits such as hiking and skiing with her family or bowling with friends on her local league. An accomplished musician, she enjoys playing the banjo and flute, and revels in experiencing live music and embarking on adventures with friends.

Susan sees opportunities where others may not and in fact, she co-found the real estate team, Hive Homes in 2019, growing the team from 2 agents to 6. Having earned a B.S. from the University of Colorado in Environmental Sciences, Susan is passionate about the environment and her urban farm, which includes an impressive flock of chickens. When she’s not working you can find her hiking & skiing in the hills with her family, playing the Banjo, seeing live music and traveling with friends.
