As an agent with 20 plus years’ experience in general brokerage, new home sales, and licensed in both states, Susan’s goal is to make sure you are well informed and educated on the housing market. Susan strives to have great communication with each of my clients, works to create a stress-free move, and have some fun along the way. She brings years of experience in staging, home marketing, including social media marketing and strong Realtor connection.

Susan was born in Kentucky and lived there most of her life, except for a few years in Wisconsin and her college time in Southern Indiana. Susan and her husband moved to Charlotte after their first year of marriage, so yes, they bought and sold a home in the first year of marriage and moved to a new city! They had even renovated that cute, little home during their first year of life together. Apparently, Susan and her husband like a challenge! Charlotte was a booming city, as it is today, and Susan quickly fell in love with the area. After her daughter was born, Susan and her family moved to Tega Cay for lake living and good schools. Her son was born a year later, and she now has 2 high schoolers and is building a new home after living for 16 years in her first Tega Cay home. Susan has learned so much along the way about construction, lending, smart home improvements, and design!
