Hello! My name is Sue Barchik, and as of December of 2024, I am an Associate Broker for Century 21 Covered Bridges Realty, having taken a step back from ownership, but still being active and involved in this wonderful company. (C21CBR) In 2025, I will celebrated my 35th year as a REALTOR. Up to this point, I had the opportunity to own other companies, create the C21CBR Relocation Dept., manage a Satellite office of C21CBR, and participate in the management of both Company locations.
Maya Angelou once said, “My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style.” While working in, thru, and with the real estate community, I think it is important to have passion for the profession and to continue to improve my skills. It is of upmost importance to have empathy for my clientele and for the Sales Professionals who work for me. Buying or selling a home is one of the most important decisions a person makes, and the role their salesperson plays in crucial. My role is to be a knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate leader. Humor is essential. Sometimes, all I can do is laugh because a particular situation is so unbelievable! Lastly, style: I have my own, as we all do. I like to think that I practice "Real Estate with an "At Home" Attitude. It is my goal to be professional while personable and approachable.
