Susan Barton

A 42-year veteran of the Naples luxury real estate industry, broker associate Susan (Suzi) Barton has worked at the Village on Venetian Bay office for the past three decades and loves the family atmosphere that comes along with being a partner with Premier Sotheby's International Realty. And real estate truly is a family business for Suzi, as her daughter, son and granddaughter are all Florida REALTORS®.

Originally from Ohio, Suzi moved to Florida in 1972, and has seen the Naples area flourish and grow. She specializes in the sales and listings of luxury coastal properties and has extensive knowledge of Naples' most sought-after waterfront communities. Laid-back in personality but effective and efficient, Suzi's customers appreciate her friendly demeanor and dedicated service.

A graduate of Florida SouthWestern State College, Suzi has been a member of the Conservancy of Southwest Florida since 1976. She enjoys daily walks on the beach, swimming, reading, and photographing all of the beauty that surrounds her in Naples.

Suzi is Certified Residential Specialist and has earned the prestigious Graduate, REALTOR® Institute designation. She is a member of Florida REALTORS®, the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.
