Primarily, Susan believes she can make the world a better place by being authentically in service to others. She loves helping people connect to people, places and things that will make their lives richer and more fulfilling. She is passionate about finding solutions for challenges that seems insurmountable. In real estate, her passions and values translate into perseverance, high touch service, creative thinking, and advocacy. She particularly loves residential real estate because of how deeply important it is to our lives. We all want a comfortable and safe place to live – a place where we can rest, relax, and enjoy with our friends, neighbors, and families. But the journey to the right home can be tricky and stressful. For most people, home buying and home selling is the biggest financial transaction they will ever make – and that often triggers anxiety and doubts. She partners with her clients and strives to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Her passion for real estate was fostered by her parents. We spent many weekends visiting open house and construction sites for fun. As an adult her passion grew when relocations for her career in entertainment meant opportunity to purchase and gut new homes. She has remodeled every home she is ever owned – and love helping her clients think about how they might improve on their homes. Many of her clients are repeat customers – and refer her over and over. They know she’s well regarded for her honesty, integrity, perseverance and having sense of humor. She brings to her real estate business personal knowledge of the ins and outs of home ownership and professional expertise as an award-winning real estate broker and agent. Her ability to deliver for her clients – buyers and sellers – is directly linked to her marketplace knowledge and her commitment to staying on top of the latest marketing techniques. For 15 years, she raced Formula Ford cars on a racing team that took her across the country including Watkins Glen, Mid-Ohio, Laguna Seca and Lime Rock among other amazing tracks. The majority of the time, she was the only woman on her team, won four races during her tenure and was featured in the New York Times on a piece about racing.
