Susan is a gem. First of all she’s incredibly professional and knowledgeable about so many aspects of home buying, financing, contracts, and ownership. She was able to identify issues in homes that my husband and I may not have caught on our own. In these circumstances her experience really came in handy.

She’s also the type of agent to go above and beyond for her clients. We lived abroad during our home search and she took on the leg work of attending all viewings, FaceTiming us in, and advocating for us when we could not be in the country for our home search. We are so grateful for Susan for making our home buying process as smooth as possible. I highly recommend her!

If I could give her 200%, I would! Susan Brill is an awesome realtor! She is very friendly, professional, informative and for first time home buyers like us, she will guide you as to what to look for in a home- good and bad things about the home in particular.

My husband and I learned a lot about homes but also learned about the type and style of homes we liked and what were looking for. We really appreciate everything Susan did to help us find our perfect home, including taking the time to drive all over the place to let us look at each one. Without her, we would still be looking. Thank you so much!!
