Susan Cline

Susan is an avid runner, a volunteer in the Tomball Independent School District, a member of her church choir for over 18 years, a wife, a mother, and a realtor. Being an active member in her community and raising a family in Northwest Houston since 1974 has helped her become an area expert. Whether individuals are interested in property from Hwy 290 to I-45, North of Beltway 8, or even Fresno and Montgomery, she goes wherever her clients need her. Having lived in Houston all her life, she is comfortable helping those relocating to the area, moving up, or downsizing. She loves this area and enjoys sharing it with her clients. Being in the same place for many years has also allowed her to compile a vast database to assist her clients, including mortgage partners, contractors, and moving companies.
