Susie IS tenacious, attentive, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable about so many areas in the Chicagoland area, about property values, and what to look for - and what to look out for!
She is also very well connected with additional important resources such as home inspectors which we found to be invaluable. Our search took a long time before we learned what we wanted and I could not believe how patient Susie was with us. We will be forever grateful and will recommend her to everyone we know looking for a private home or income property. We are also likely to ask for her help again. Thank you Susie!!!

Susy was an excellent asset to have while my wife and I were searching for our first home. We gave her a laundry list of wants and needs, we had a very specific location in mind, and as new home owners, we had a million questions before closing. Despite all of the obstacles we threw at her, Susy was an attentive listener, a problem solver, always available for questions, and was a priceless resource to have. Susan is an amazing agent, that I would recommend to everyone. She made the process of buying a home as stress free and easy as could be. She is professional, as patient as needed, quick answering, honest and up front the whole way through. Susan will do everything possible when trying to find your dream home. Everything my family and I wanted was taken into consideration when searching. I didn't know Susan before the home buying experience. But since meeting her my family has not only gained an agent but a friend.
