Susan Diamond

Susan grew up in Colorado and graduated from Colorado University in Boulder Colorado with a major in Psychology.

After college she moved to Amsterdam for a couple of years, turning 21 there. After she left Amsterdam, she traveled extensively through Europe and down into Morocco.

Upon coming back to the states, she embarked on a dancing career. She traveled to Cairo Egypt and had the opportunity to study with the head of the Folkloric Dance Troupe there. He had seen her dancing and chose her to study with his students. This was one of the most influential and rewarding experiences of her life. She came back to the states after several months and set up her own dance studio, taught and performed herself for several years after that.

Her dance career ended by the births of her children. After they came along, she started several small businesses on her own, She studied with the Cinema Secrets a makeup design School which at the time was the top school for makeup artists for film and TV. She Also, tried her lifelong desire to act. She enjoyed these pursuits for several years until life led her in a different direction.

She ended up getting her real estate license, becoming a Mortgage Broker for a couple of years and segwayed into real estate. This mortgage training has been invaluable in regards to understanding the mortgage world. She brings this experience into her work today. Real Estate is her real passion however, and this is where she has remained extensively and diligently for the last 25 year. Susan loves working with people, and prides herself on going to bat to provide the best possible outcome for her clients. This extraordinary drive and dedication have led to many land and residential transactions in and throughout southern Ca. She is comfortable working anywhere in the Malibu, LA area. She follows her clients to find the perfect situation for them
