About Susan

Susan Duntley has been a successful business owner here in the Conejo Valley for 17 years. Committed to the community she helped form the West Boulevard Business Group. An organization made up of business and property owners. One of the groups major accomplishments was the commitment of federal grant money for redevelopment of Thousand Oaks Boulevard. Working with the City of Thousand Oaks she helped with the acquisition and development of Heritage Park, a rare diamond in the rough.

Susan was a member of the Thousand Oaks Leads Club for eleven years, she served as both President and Vice President. She also served as President for the West Boulevard Business Group. Susan has worked for the top Real Estate Developers in Southern California as a real estate accountant. She worked on all facets from land acquisition, construction, tenant improvements, property management and asset management.

Enthusiastically, Susan donates to help support the United States Forest Service. Penny Pines helps assist in the reforestation of National Forest lands. She has also been active in support with the local cub scouts and help with Kids Day sponsored by Zonta Club of the Conejo Valley. Volunteering as a trainer for the Handicapped Therapeutic Equestrian Learning Program has been rewarding.
