I first met Susan Gobrial on February 15, 2013, when I emailed her from Boston MA, informing her that I would be relocating, and looking for a townhouse or condo. Right from the beginning, Susan submitted me a long list of locations to look over and decide between before I even got here! How awesome is that? When I flew to Ft. Lauderdale, and met with her the next day, I was completely prepared with my choices ( which I emailed back to her conveniently), and we went out and looked at the properties right away, and I was able to settle on my now home very quickly! She was very knowledgeable, very professional, and thoroughly prepared. I don't think I could have made such a daunting move so easily and smoothly from Massachusetts to Florida without her help and knowledge and patience.
