I relocated to Manhattan from suburban Philadelphia upon graduation from college and fell in love with the charming Murray Hill area almost immediately. Soon after arriving in the Big Apple, I settled in there, ultimately purchasing a co-op and joining my building’s board of directors. And, decades later, I continue to enjoy the neighborhood’s convenience and the exceptional quality of life it offers.
My background includes retailing, sales promotion, fashion public relations and copywriting, but real estate is my passion. I derive a great deal of personal satisfaction from helping others achieve their goals and from educating them in preparation for a successful sale or rental transaction. As I fully understand that these may be life altering decisions made amidst a process that’s often fraught with anxiety, I lend support, offer guidance and provide honest answers every step of the way.
Thanks to my former role as a member of a co-op board of directors, I have valuable insight into typical board thought processes and expectations. In addition, my relationships within the brokerage community, as well as with experienced real estate attorneys and mortgage lenders, are excellent. I’ve also maintained close relationships with buyers, sellers, renters and owners long after their sales have closed or their leases have been signed.
I pride myself on my professionalism, strong work ethic, positive attitude, attention to detail, and follow-up skills. And, I especially love seeing the happy looks on sellers’ faces as they prepare to embark on a new phase of their lives, and buyers’ and renters’ reactions the first time they view the apartment they’ll soon call home.
